Material technique with spatula, wax and oil structure on wooden panel
In this work, we can clearly perceive the separation between Nature and Man, divine and earthly, with the simple language of the spatula and through few, but powerful, elements: the two men down, the fertile land behind them, the wooden semi-human figure that goes to support the first divine entity recognized by man - Nature. Above it, we can see God in the shape of a cloud, "ruah" (the representation of god), indifferent to the fratricidal act that is consuming beneath. He turns instead to admire the red planet that stands in the firmament.
The other readings of this work can be interpreted in both hermetic and gnostic language
